1. Eligibility

Cashpark Inc. is a licensed Money Services Business in Canada, offering:
* Foreign currency exchange
* Tuition Fee payments
* Immigrants bulk funds transfer

All services are subject to applicable laws and regulatory compliance, including verification of identity under the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA).

3. Currency Exchange Orders

a. Placing an Order
You may request a currency exchange quote or place an order via our website request forms. Quotes are provided based on real-time rates and are subject to change until confirmed.
b. Order Confirmation
An order is only confirmed once payment is received and you receive a written confirmation from us via email or the platform.
c. Payment
Accepted payment methods will be listed on the website. All payments must be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated.
d. Delivery or Pickup
We may offer delivery, pickup, or in-branch services depending on your location. Delivery timelines and pickup procedures will be confirmed at the time of order.

4. Identification and Compliance
By using our services, you consent to provide accurate, current, and complete identification and other information as required by FINTRAC for Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) purposes.
We reserve the right to:
* Verify your identity using government-issued photo ID and supporting documents
* Refuse or cancel any transaction if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or non-compliance
* Report suspicious transactions to the relevant regulatory authorities

5. Rates and Fees
Exchange rates fluctuate frequently and are not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. We may charge fees for certain services, which will be disclosed at the time of transaction.

6. Refunds and Cancellations
Currency exchange orders are non-refundable once processed. You may cancel an unprocessed order by contacting us before confirmation. We reserve the right to apply administrative fees for cancellations.|

7. User Responsibilities
